TERMS OF SERVICE & CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms of Service and Conditions of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website, content, services, and products provided by Carson Hulett Management LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any part of our website or services, including but not limited to consultations, notary services, digital downloads, courses, and content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

All users, clients, contractors, and business entities engaging with Carson Hulett Management LLC, its affiliates, or subsidiaries—including but not limited to Cece Carson, Carmel Carson, The Level-Up Boss, and Mi’Amor Management LLC—are subject to these terms.

1. Consultations All consultations must be scheduled using our designated online booking application. Clients are entitled to one complimentary rescheduling, provided the change is made at least 24 hours in advance. Further rescheduling requests will require payment of a new consultation fee. All consultation fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Clients must appear on time; a ten-minute grace period is granted. Tardiness beyond this window may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. Consultation sessions will not be extended due to late arrival. Clients must be stationary during virtual sessions; consultations will not be held with individuals who are driving. Additional participants are prohibited without prior written consent; unauthorized presence will result in session cancellation.

2. Digital Products, Courses, and Downloads All courses and digital content (including e-books and guides) are the intellectual property of Carson Hulett Management LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright law. These materials are hosted on the Systeme.io platform, which is used for delivery purposes only. Carson Hulett Management LLC is not directly affiliated with Systeme.io; users are advised to review their privacy policy independently at https://sign.systeme.io/privacy.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. No content may be recorded, duplicated, resold, redistributed, or shared without the express written consent of Carson Hulett Management LLC. Any violation may result in immediate revocation of access, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

3. Notary Services All notary services provided by Carson Hulett Management LLC are mobile and must be scheduled in advance. Travel and service fees are non-refundable. Same-day appointments are final and may not be canceled. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be deemed a no-show and required to reschedule with a new travel fee. If a notary is able to wait, a late fee of $25 will apply, subject to availability.

Pursuant to Georgia state law, all notaries—whether employed by or partnered with Carson Hulett Management LLC—are required to hold valid commissions within the State of Georgia and maintain current Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage. Notaries are affiliated with Carson Hulett Management LLC but operate independently as they hold their commissions under their own names. Carson Hulett Management LLC serves solely as a booking platform and holds no responsibility for the acts, omissions, or errors of any notary. Notaries are not employees of Carson Hulett Management LLC.

Clients must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification at the time of service. All documents must be fully completed and unsigned prior to the notary’s arrival. We will not notarize any document for a signer who is not physically present, as mandated by Georgia notary law. Beginning January 1, 2025, Georgia House Bill 1292 mandates the maintenance of a physical or electronic notarial journal for any notarizations performed at the request of a “self-filer.” Journal entries will include the signer’s name, address, contact number, type and identifying number of the government-issued ID, document type, date/time/location of notarization, and the signer’s signature.

Signing fees are regulated by the State of Georgia. However, Carson Hulett Management LLC reserves the right to govern and assess additional fees outside of the state-regulated notary fee, including but not limited to travel fees, printing costs, copy fees, courier services, apostille processing, and other ancillary charges.

We do not guarantee access to correctional or medical facilities. Clients requesting service to such locations are responsible for ensuring access. If access is denied, the travel fee is non-refundable. Notaries may offer alternate locations or outdoor signings, weather permitting. For safety, home visits will not be conducted outside of standard business hours. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety is compromised.

Our notaries are not attorneys and are prohibited by law from offering legal advice or interpreting documents.

4. Web and Design Services Carson Hulett Management LLC no longer offers general web design services. In rare cases where web design is included in a service package, the client assumes responsibility for all maintenance following delivery. Administrative access and all final deliverables will be released upon full payment only. Watermarked previews may be provided until final payment is received.

Final balances must be paid within 72 hours of project completion. Late payments will incur a $25 penalty on day 4 and an additional $25 every three (3) days thereafter. Projects unpaid after 14 calendar days will be terminated without refund and all project files will be deleted.

5. Merchandise and Returns All sales of clothing and merchandise are final. Exchanges are only permitted for unworn items requiring a size adjustment or for items received damaged. All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and require proof of purchase.

6. Disclaimers and Professional Liability Carson Hulett Management LLC, Cece Carson, Carmel Carson, The Level-Up Boss, and any affiliated entities or representatives are not attorneys, certified public accountants, or licensed financial advisors. Any information provided via our services, courses, or consultations is for general informational purposes only and shall not be construed as legal, financial, or tax advice. Clients should seek appropriate professional counsel for their specific needs.

7. Technical and Platform Limitations We are not responsible for any disruptions due to technical failures, including but not limited to internet outages, platform bugs, system downtime, or third-party platform performance. Clients are advised to test their technology prior to scheduled services.

8. Affiliate Links and Sponsored Content This website and associated platforms may use affiliate links and sponsored content. We may receive commissions on qualifying purchases made through such links.

9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia.

11. Hyperlinking to our Content You may link to our content as long as the link:

• Is not misleading.

• Does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by Carson Hulett Management LLC.

• Fits within the context of your website or platform in a fair and legal manner.

We reserve the right to request the removal of any link to our content at any time. If requested, you agree to promptly remove the link.

12. iFrames You may not create frames around our web pages or use techniques that alter the visual presentation or appearance of our website without prior written permission. Any unauthorized framing or embedding of our content is strictly prohibited.

13. Reservation of Rights We reserve the right to modify or remove any part of our Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We also reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

14. Removal of links from our website If you find any link on our website that you consider inappropriate or offensive, you may contact us, and we will review the request. However, we are not obligated to remove the link or provide a direct response.

Additionally, we reserve the right to remove links to our website that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of our policies without prior notice.

15. Legal Action Any violations of these Terms, including but not limited to theft of services, unauthorized use of our intellectual property, or reselling our apparel, templates, or designs without permission, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in the State of Georgia.

By using our site and services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

16. Customer Testimonials

We may publish customer testimonials on our website, and we reserve the right to publish or share testimonials found on other sites directly on our site. By submitting a testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your testimonial in any and all media.

17. Comments

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Carson Hulett Management LLC does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Carson Hulett Management LLC, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Carson Hulett Management LLC shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.   

Carson Hulett Management LLC reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
• The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
• The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
• The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.  

You hereby grant Carson Hulett Management LLC a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
