A witness service means someone is present to watch you sign a document and can confirm it was really you who signed it. Some documents — like wills, power of attorney, or certain legal forms — require one or more witnesses to make them legally valid. We provide professional, impartial witnesses to help you meet those requirements with confidence and ease.
Many documents need to be notarized with regards to your estate. Note – these services require witnesses.

Great question! We like to keep things clear and simple. Your travel fee is due upfront to secure your appointment and get us on the road. Once we arrive and confirm that your documents can legally be notarized, the remaining balance is due right before we begin the signing.
Please note: If we determine that we cannot notarize due to legal reasons (like improper ID, missing documents, or a restricted request), the travel fee is non-refundable — it covers our time and travel to you. So double-check those documents before we arrive!
For notarization to be valid, documents must be signed in front of the notary. If you’ve already signed the document, you’ll need to create or obtain a new version that is unsigned.
Yes, we do! We offer after-hours notarization services, including on weekends, to accommodate urgent needs. Please note that after-hours appointments are subject to an additional fee.
To ensure safety for both clients and notaries, we do not conduct home visits during after-hours appointments. All after-hours signings must take place at a neutral, public location selected by the notary. The only exceptions are hospitals, hospice, or assisted living facilities where urgent notarizations may be required. We’re happy to coordinate a safe and convenient meeting place that works for everyone!
We totally understand—this is Atlanta, and traffic can be unpredictable! That’s why we offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, to stay on track with other appointments, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to wait. Please contact us ASAP if you anticipate being late. If we are able to wait, a $15 late fee will be added for every 15 minutes past the grace period. To keep things smooth, we suggest allowing extra travel time—because Atlanta traffic always keeps us guessing!
